Lowcal Blueberry Cobbler Recipe: Easy, lowfat and great taste

Lowcal Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Serves: 10
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
5 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons orange juice
Dough:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup fat-free milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and allspice. Add blueberries and orange juice; toss to coat. Set aside and let stand for 15 minutes. Spoon into a 2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Combine the yogurt, milk and butter; stir into the dry ingredients until smooth. Drop spoonsfuls over the berry mixture, leaving gaps of berries showing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
